Welcome to sulfur.princeton.edu

This site contains supplementary information for two related studies that investigate the transcriptional control of sulfur metabolism in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. One study addresses combinatorial transcriptional regulation during methionine starvation of mutants in which methionine-dependent transcription factors have been deleted. The other focuses on the transcriptional response to induction of the methionine-dependent transcription factors.
